Come si evolverà in futuro lo shopping? Chiaramente sempre più online e su store virtuale, ma a volte fare a meno dal passaggio dal negozio fisico è davvero impossibile. Questo non significa che dovremo necessariamente rinunciare ad un’esperienza smart, come ci dimostra Amazon Go, un super mercato degno dei migliori film di fantascienza.

Amazon Go è infatti un punto vendita unico nel suo genere. Vi si accede con un codice QR generato dalla relativa app, si mette nel carrello o in busta quello che ci serve e si esce. Stop, niente file, casse e neppure scontrino.

Qual è quindi il segreto di questo negozio “magico”? Il tutto è basato su un complesso sistema di computer visione, intelligenze artificiali e sensori. Il cervello di Amazon Go è quindi in grado di monitorare cosa ogni singolo cliente prende dagli scaffali (anche se rimettere una cosa al suo posto) e aggiungerlo ad un carrello virtuale collegato all’account Amazon dell’acquirente.

All’uscita quello che avete con voi sarà automaticamente addebitato. Una vera comodità che rende le “moderne” casse automatiche dei grezzi strumenti rudimentali.

Per ora è accessibile solo in fase sperimentale ai dipendenti Amazon, ma il primo store GO aprirà al pubblico già durante “inizio 2017”. Peccato che per ora si parli di un solo punto vendita situato a Seattle. Scommettiamo che anche molti dei nostri lettori sarebbero incuriositi dal fare la spesa in un negozio così futuristico.
